Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end competition operations (events, rules, timelines)
- Coordinate with participants and handle queries/complaints
- Organize the judging process and ensure fairness
- Announce results, manage prizes & certificates
- Work closely with the marketing team on promotions
- Reach out to sponsors and event partners
- Report bugs and coordinate with the tech team
- Daily reporting to the founder
