Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Execution of BTL Activities
- Plan and execute:
- Health camps (screening, awareness)
- Apartment / RWA activations
- Corporate wellness programs
- Local events and tie-ups
- Ensure end-to-end execution (permissions, logistics, branding, staffing)
- Lead Generation & Conversion Support
- Generate qualified patient leads through all BTL activities
- Maintain lead database with:
- Name, contact, requirement, source
- Coordinate with:
- Call centre
- OPD / front office
- Ensure leads are followed up and converted to consultations
- Community & Referral Network Development
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Local clinics & GPs
- Diagnostic centres
- RWAs & community groups
- Corporate HR teams
- Increase referral inflow from assigned territory
- Territory Management
- Handle assigned geography (cluster/zone)
- Identify high-potential areas for outreach
- Ensure consistent activity presence in territory
- Branding & Visibility (Local Level)
- Execute localized branding:
- Standees, posters, flyers
- Society boards, clinic branding
- Ensure correct brand usage as per hospital guidelines
- Data Tracking & Reporting
- Track and report:
- Number of activities conducted
- Leads generated
- Conversions (consultations/admissions)
- Revenue contribution
- Submit daily/weekly MIS reports
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Ensure:
- Proper patient handling
- Minimal waiting time
- Clear communication of services
- Represent hospital values during all interactions
- Work closely with:
- Doctors for camp participation
- Nursing for screening support
- Operations for logistics
- Ensure smooth execution without service gaps
- Patient Experience at Camps

Qualifications
Education: MBA in Marketing
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs experience
