Event Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Event Executive. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events with a focus on ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include venue coordination, vendor management, logistics planning, and post-event evaluations. The role also involves collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to meet event goals and provide a remarkable experience.

• Event planning, vendor management, and logistics coordination skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Creativity in event ideation and problem-solving
• Proficient in tools and software relevant to event management
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within deadlines in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in marketing or branding-related events is a plus
• Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
