Event Executive

This full-time, on-site role is located in Delhi, OH. As an Event Executive at KidZania India, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events and activities within the theme park. Key responsibilities include managing event logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of event milestones, and maintaining high standards of service and visitor experience.

• Event planning, coordination, and organizational skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving, multitasking, and decision-making abilities under tight deadlines
• Experience with client and vendor management
• Knowledge of budget management and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related tools
• Relevant event management or hospitality experience is preferred
• A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
