Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in South Delhi for an Event Conceptualizer. The Event Conceptualizer will be responsible for ideating unique event concepts, planning and organizing events, ensuring seamless execution, and managing customer experiences. They will collaborate with teams across event marketing, sales, and client management to deliver impactful campaigns for Alco-Bev brands.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills for liaising with clients, teams, and stakeholders effectively
- Experience in Event Planning and Event Marketing to conceptualize and execute impactful events
- Proficiency in Sales skills to propose ideas and bring in new business opportunities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
- Background or experience in the Alco-Bev, hospitality, or event industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret client briefs and objectives to develop unique event concepts and themes
- Create event narratives, storyboards, mood boards, and creative presentations
- Design attendee journeys and experiential touchpoints
- Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with event planners, designers, vendors, and production teams
- Ensure concepts align with brand identity, budget, and logistical feasibility
- Stay updated on event trends, technologies, and experiential marketing innovations
- Support pre-event planning and provide creative guidance during execution
