Event Conceptualiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative event concepts, themes, layouts, and strategies based on client objectives and event requirements.
• Plan and oversee the execution of events to ensure smooth operations and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and operations to ensure seamless event coordination.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to create competitive and engaging event concepts.
• Create promotional content and marketing materials to support event campaigns across various channels.
• Manage event budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure cost-effective and timely execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure quality services and timely event delivery.
• Monitor event performance and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Support digital promotion initiatives including online advertising and campaign monitoring where required.
