Event Conceptualiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative event concepts, themes, layouts, and strategies based on client requirements and objectives.
• Plan and oversee the end-to-end execution of events to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and operations to ensure smooth event execution.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to create innovative and competitive event strategies.
• Prepare promotional content and materials to support event marketing across various channels.
• Manage event budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure cost-effective and timely execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure quality service and timely delivery of event requirements.
• Monitor event performance and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and areas for improvement.
• Support digital promotion strategies including online advertising and campaign monitoring where required.
