Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end competition operations including planning, execution, and timelines
- Coordinate with participants and resolve queries professionally
- Handle judging processes and ensure transparency & fairness
- Announce results and manage rewards, prizes, and certificates
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns
- Connect with sponsors, partners, and creators
- Identify and report platform issues to the tech team
- Maintain daily reports and updates for management
