Event Assistant

Role: Support event setup and execution by handling technical aspects like audio-visual equipment, lighting, and computers.

Key Tasks:

- Set up and manage event tech (AV equipment, computers, etc.)

- Troubleshoot technical issues during events

- Ensure smooth tech operations for presentations, sound, etc.

- Coordinate with event team and tech vendors

- Handle event-related data entry or tech tasks as needed

Qualification:

- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

- 3 years of experience in a related field

• - Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel) with designing skills
