Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Architect & Designer who can translate concepts into visually stunning and structurally sound event environments. This role requires a strong blend of design thinking, spatial planning, and practical execution knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conceptualize and design event spaces, stages, installations, and experiential zones
* Develop 2D layouts, 3D renders, and technical drawings for production
* Collaborate closely with clients, production teams, and vendors
* Create mood boards, material palettes, and thematic direction
* Ensure designs are aligned with budgets, timelines, and feasibility
* Oversee on-site execution to ensure design integrity is maintained
* Stay updated with global trends in event design, architecture, and experiential marketing
Requirements:
* Background in Architecture, Interior Design, or Event Design
* 2–5+ years of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, or spatial design
* Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar
* Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills
* Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines
* Practical understanding of materials, fabrication, and production processes
Preferred Skills:
* Experience in large-format events, weddings, or brand activations
* Knowledge of lighting design and AV integration
* Vendor and fabrication coordination experience
