Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Event Admin to manage and track event inventories, coordinate system allocation, and support smooth execution of events. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, maintaining records, and ensuring proper inventory control across multiple events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all inventory, including systems, devices, and event equipment.
  • Track movement of systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and return of equipment.
  • Handle courier operations, including receiving incoming shipments and dispatching equipment as required.
  • Update and manage inventory data on Excel sheets on a regular basis.
  • Ensure proper documentation of system usage, damages, and returns.
  • Assist in planning inventory requirements for upcoming events.
  • Generate reports related to inventory usage, shortages, and availability.
  • Maintain proper labeling and organization of equipment for easy tracking.
  • Support the operations team in event setup and coordination when required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, tracking sheets).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Basic understanding of inventory or asset management.
  • Good communication skills for coordination with teams.
