Role Description
We are looking for a creative and experienced Event 2D Designer to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate must have 5-6 years of hands-on experience in the Event Services/Experiential industry and a strong ability to crack innovative, theme-based visuals aligned with event briefs.
This role involves translating event concepts into compelling 2D designs for on-ground spaces, brand zones, stages, installations, and supporting collaterals, while working closely with Strategy, Creative-3D, BD, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design innovative 2D visuals based on event themes and client briefs
- Create visual concepts for event spaces, stages, brand zones, installations, and collaterals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design alignment with event objectives and client expectations
- Support event planning and execution through strong creative inputs
- Ensure timely delivery of designs while maintaining quality and feasibility
Mandatory Qualifications & Skills
- 5-6 years of experience in the Event Services/Event/Experiential industry (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in event-based 2D design and theme visualisation
- Working knowledge of AI tools to enhance design efficiency and innovation, including generative AI for ideation and mood boards (e.g. Midjourney, DALLE, Adobe Firefly), AI-assisted design and layout tools (e.g. Adobe AI features, Canva AI), and tools for rapid concept references, visual exploration, and faster iterations.
- Proven ability to interpret briefs and translate them into impactful visual concepts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Corel / InDesign is a plus).
- Good understanding of event planning, execution workflows, and on-ground feasibility.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational background in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Exposure to client-facing environments.
