Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement and Product Expertise
- Serve as the EV product specialist at dealerships and other points of sale.
- Respond to customer queries regarding vehicles and charging solutions.
- Conduct home visits, product demonstrations, and micro-market activations (events at offices, malls, apartments, etc.).
Sales Target Achievement
- Collaborate with Dealer Sales Executives to achieve retail EV sales targets.
- Manage and ensure activation and 100% follow-up of leads to closure.
Customer Experience Enhancement
- Ensure a differentiated customer experience for EV buyers at dealerships and stores.
- Monitor and guide dealer staff to provide focused attention to EV customers.
Market and Dealer Support
- Drive EV sales initiatives within the dealership.
- Support local marketing and engagement activities to generate interest and leads.
