Role Overview

TRUGlobal is seeking an experienced EUC Architect to lead the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise end-user computing solutions across client engagements. This role requires a strong blend of EUC domain expertise, cloud architecture capability, and modern automation/DevOps practices.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on and architectural experience across Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), along with strong expertise in EUC technologies such as device management, collaboration platforms, endpoint security, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

This role will be responsible for defining scalable EUC strategies, ensuring seamless integration with cloud and security ecosystems, driving automation-led standardization, and governing partner-led delivery in multi-tenant enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

EUC Architecture & Strategy

Define and lead the end-to-end EUC architecture roadmap aligned with TRUGlobal's consulting and managed services goals.

Design scalable, secure, and resilient end-user computing frameworks across device lifecycle, endpoint management, collaboration, application delivery, and virtual desktop environments.

Architect modern workplace solutions supporting productivity, security, compliance, and user experience across enterprise client environments.

Develop standardized reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices for EUC transformation initiatives.

Cloud, DevOps & Automation

Architect and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for EUC and cloud-aligned deployments using Terraform and Bicep.

Build and govern Azure DevOps-based CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment, configuration automation, and release standardization.

Apply modern DevOps principles to improve operational efficiency, reduce deployment risks, and accelerate delivery.

Drive PowerShell scripting and automation initiatives for endpoint provisioning, policy deployment, remediation, reporting, and operational tasks.

Ensure EUC solutions are tightly integrated with Azure, and where relevant, aligned to AWS and GCP environments.

EUC Solution Delivery

Lead solution design and rollout across:

Endpoint management and device lifecycle

Microsoft 365 / Office 365 ecosystem

Intune / SCCM / MECM

SharePoint Online

Identity and access integration

Endpoint security (Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike)

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Azure Virtual Desktop, Workspace ONE)

Application packaging and delivery

Experience & Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience with significant hands-on and architectural expertise in EUC / Modern Workplace / Digital Workplace domains.
• Proven experience as a DevOps and Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in architecting enterprise-grade solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Strong experience in designing and architecting Office 365 and SharePoint solutions.
• Demonstrated track record in building and governing Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC-led deployment models.
• Experience managing partner-led / outsourced delivery models with strong SLA and KPI governance.
• Expertise in multi-tenant enterprise environments, consulting engagements, and project-based delivery.
• Strong understanding of endpoint, collaboration, virtual desktop, and workplace security ecosystems.
• Ability to balance strategic architecture leadership with hands-on technical depth.
