Role Description
We are looking for an experienced India-based technical professional with strong industry exposure and hands-on expertise in ETRM systems, preferably Allegro. The ideal candidate will bring solid development skills, database knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with complex energy trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on implementation, customization, and support of ETRM landscape systems
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform database-related activities, including querying, debugging, and performance tuning
- Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and handle data joins effectively
- Support system integrations, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance
- Participate in troubleshooting and production support activities
Required Skills & Experience:
- 56 years of minimum industry experience in software development or technical consulting roles
- Hands-on experience with any ETRM system, preferably Allegro
- Technical expertise in .NET and Python
- Good working knowledge of SQL databases

- Proactive, self-starter mindset able to work independently with minimal guidance.
- Assertive communicator with the confidence to interact across business and technical teams.
- Ability to translate technical issues into business language for stakeholders.
- Collaborative, but not hesitant to take ownership and drive solutions forward
Good to Have:
- Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms
- Exposure to system integrations and enterprise-scale applications
- Understanding of energy trading, commodities, or financial systems
- Experience with Trayport, Equias and Ebase
