ETP / STP OPERATORS

Wipro Water also offers key services such as operations and maintenance, system retrofitting, supply of spares, consumables, specialty chemicals, and remote monitoring to ensure efficiency and compliance.

This is a full-time, on-site role for ETP/STP Operators located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include operating and monitoring Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) to ensure compliance with environmental and operational regulations. Day-to-day tasks involve performing regular checks, maintaining system efficiency, analyzing water quality and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Operators will also address system issues promptly and ensure proper handling and dosing of treatment chemicals while maintaining safety protocols.

• Experience in operating and maintaining Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
• Keen knowledge of wastewater analysis, system monitoring, and equipment handling
• Ability to conduct troubleshooting and preventative maintenance for smooth operations
• Familiarity with the use of treatment chemicals and safety compliance protocols
• Analytical thinking to monitor water quality test parameters and ensure regulatory adherence
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Preferred qualification: Diploma or certification in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or related field and prior experience in water treatment systems
