ETL Tester with Automation Testing

Job Title: ETL Tester with Automation Testing and SSIS
Location: Hyderabad, India
Work Type: Onsite (Full-time)
Working Hours: 12pm -9pm IST
Domain: Healthcare experience is a plus, but not mandatory

We are looking for an experienced ETL Tester with strong hands-on expertise in Automation Testing and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data integration processes, ensuring data quality, and supporting end-to-end ETL testing in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Experience in the Healthcare domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and implement QA processes for ETL/data pipeline validation from scratch.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive ETL test cases, test plans, and test scripts.

• Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes within SSIS packages.

• Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems.

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for ETL testing (e.g., using Python, Selenium, or custom SQL scripts).

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and document defects, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with development teams.

• Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning to ensure test coverage.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ETL testing and data validation.

• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft SSIS.

• Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, stored procedures).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Good to Have:

• Exposure to Healthcare domain (e.g., claims, eligibility, provider data).

• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or other cloud-based ETL tools.

• Good understanding of data warehouse concepts, data modeling, and workflows.
