Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ETL Talend Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize ETL workflows using Talend (Open Studio, Enterprise, or Cloud)
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements
- Troubleshoot, debug, and tune ETL processes for performance and reliability
- Ensure data consistency, integrity, and documentation of data flows and mappings
- Work with data architects and analysts to support analytics and data warehousing
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Talend and ETL development
- Proficient in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
