Job Description

Title: ETL Talend Developer

Experience: 7+ yrs

Budget: 17LPA including 10% variable

Location: Vijayawada

Skills set: Talend (Open Studio, Enterprise, or Cloud), ETL development, SQL, databases, data warehousing concepts and data modeling, troubleshooting, debugging, ETL workflows, big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka, is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend.
  • Build and optimize data integration solutions for reporting, analytics, and data warehousing.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Ensure development of secure, scalable, and high-quality data pipelines.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of ETL workflows.
  • Maintain documentation for data flows, mappings, and integration processes.
  • Work closely with data architects and analysts to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Talend (Open Studio, Enterprise, or Cloud editions).
  • Proven expertise in ETL development and data integration solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
  • Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve ETL-related issues.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
