ETL Support Professional

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Talend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Talend jobs based on user stories, following established best practices and coding standards.
• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into Talend job designs.
• Create and maintain detailed technical design documents for Talend development activities.
• Collaborate closely with the SIT (System Integration Testing) team to support testing and resolve defects related to Talend components.
• Perform defect analysis and fixing to ensure stable and high-quality integrations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 35 years of experience in Talend development.
• Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data integration, and Talend best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments and delivering against user stories.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of IBM Maximo tools is an advantage (preferred but not mandatory
