Job Title: SSE – Informatica ETL Lead

Experience: 7-11 year
Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop, and Maintain ETL Processes: Create and manage ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter, PowerExchange, and other related technologies.
- Data Integration: Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement efficient data integration solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum throughput.
- Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process, implementing data validation and cleansing routines.
- Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct unit and integration testing of ETL processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-production support.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and contribute to database design decisions.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter and other Informatica products.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with databases like DB2, Oracle and SQL Server
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture.
- Knowledge of Insurance will be added advantage.
- Experience with UNIX/Linux scripting.
- Experience with scheduling tools - IBM workload scheduler
- Familiarity with data modeling techniques and schema designs (e.g., star, snowflake schemas).
