As an ETL Data Engineer, you will be a part of our dynamic Information Technology team. Your primary role will be to design, develop, and manage ETL pipelines, optimize data workflows, and ensure high data quality. You will be responsible for designing and developing databases, utilizing tools like SQL, Python, and cloud technologies. You will also be expected to use your analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex data-related problems and communicate your findings effectively to the team.
Principal Accountabilities
Design develop and manage ETL pipelines to support data integration and analysis projects ensuring seamless data flow and highquality outputsbr Optimize data workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability maintaining a focus on data quality and integritybr Design and develop databases using SQL NoSQL Pyspark and other relevant technologies to support diverse data needsbr Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns trends and insights presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to inform decisionmakingbr Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet business objectivesbr Maintain uptodate knowledge of the latest industry trends and advancements in ETL and data engineering to ensure the application of best practicesbr Use strong attention to detail to identify any data discrepancies or inaccuracies rectifying them promptly to maintain data integritybr Apply critical thinking skills to solve complex datarelated problems ensuring robust and effective data solutionsbr Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders explaining complex data concepts in a clear and understandable manner to facilitate collaboration and understanding
