Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will work onsite in Gudivada and collaborate with US-based teams during EST working hours, ensuring reliable data pipelines and high-quality data delivery for business and analytics needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
- Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions
- Optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Perform data validation, data quality checks, and error handling
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL job failures and data issues
- Maintain documentation for ETL processes, mappings, and workflows
- Support production deployments and provide ongoing ETL support
- Collaborate with US stakeholders during EST hours for meetings and issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in ETL development using tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar
- Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (facts, dimensions, star/snowflake schemas)
- Hands-on experience with performance tuning and optimization of ETL jobs
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in an onsite, client-facing environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Unix/Linux scripting
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge of data quality, governance, or reporting tools
