Summary

The ETL Developer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data integration and data warehousing solutions. This position focuses on building reliable ETL pipelines that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in T-SQL, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory, along with a passion for data quality and performance optimization. This role collaborates closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support enterprise data integration and reporting initiatives.
• Develop complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and transformations to support data extraction and processing.
• Build, deploy, and manage ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Design and model data warehouse structures to support analytics and business intelligence requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through testing, validation, and monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Monitor ETL pipelines and troubleshoot performance or data issues to ensure reliable operations.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for ETL workflows, data mappings, and technical processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar data engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in T-SQL, including complex queries and stored procedure development.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS for designing and managing ETL processes.
• Experience using Azure Data Factory (ADF) for cloud-based data integration.
• Solid understanding of data warehouse design and dimensional modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, including Data Factory, data storage solutions, Blob Storage, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
