We are currently seeking experienced Azure ETL Developers to join our offshore team. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in Azure-based ETL processes, with experience in handling MGA/TPA data feeds and knowledge of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and other Azure tools.
- Process and manage data feeds, particularly MGA/TPA feeds, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
- Integrate, transform, and load data from various sources to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Optimize ETL processes for scalability and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data integration and processing.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ETL pipeline issues promptly.
- Maintain documentation for ETL processes and data workflows.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development with Azure.
- Proven expertise in Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, and other relevant tools.
- Experience with processing MGA/TPA data feeds.
- Strong understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation logic.
- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data processing.
- Experience in hybrid work environments.
