Description
We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-12 years of experience in designing and implementing ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility for analytics and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or databases.
- Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to resolve any issues that arise during data loading or transformation.
- Document ETL processes and maintain technical specifications.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying databases.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting for automation tasks.
- Understanding of database management systems like Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
