Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC.
Build scalable and efficient data pipelines to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting needs.
Work with business analysts and data architects to translate requirements into technical ETL specifications.
Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot issues across staging, transformation, and loading layers.
Write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support data extraction and transformation needs.
Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation, scheduling, and workflow orchestration.
Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and error-handling processes are implemented effectively.
Participate in code reviews, peer testing, and documentation of all developed components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Dev, QA, Cloud, and Data Engineering.
Required Qualification
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
3 + Years of experience in ETL development.
Strong proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC & Advance SQL queries
Advanced
Strong SQL skills for data transformation, modelling, and performance tuning.
Experience with orchestration tools (TWS, Tidal)
Familiarity with version control system (Git, Bitbucket)
Strong organizational skills: ability to complete multiple tasks under tight and competing schedules..
Strong analytical skills including analyzing complex data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, Business Analysts, management, and business team members)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ETL deployments.
Exposure to data quality frameworks and data governance practices.
