We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support our data integration and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ETL technologies, experience leading a team of developers, and a passion for data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse
- Lead a team of ETL developers and provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
- Perform data quality checks and ensure data integrity throughout the ETL process
- Troubleshoot ETL issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in ETL and data integration
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in ETL development
- Experience leading a team of ETL developers
- Strong technical skills in ETL technologies such as Informatica, Talend, or DataStage
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
