ETL developer

We are seeking highly skilled ETL Developers with extensive experience in Informatica PowerCenter, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL, and Unix/Linux scripting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Computer Science background (Bachelor's or Master's degree) and hands-on experience in the end-to-end application development lifecyclefrom design, development, testing, and troubleshooting to ongoing support.

The role involves building, optimizing, and automating ETL workflows, working in a Linux-based server environment, and ensuring smooth operations across data integration and data warehousing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• ETL Development: Design, build, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Database Development: Develop and maintain complex PostgreSQL (PL/pgSQL) and Oracle (PL/SQL) queries and stored procedures.
• Unix/Linux Scripting: Write and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts for job automation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot data integration issues and optimize performance in ETL processes.
• Data Warehousing: Apply data modeling and design principles to enhance data storage and retrieval efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Use strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve data-related issues in production environments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to meet business requirements.
