Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / BBS Engineer to handle quantity take-offs, BOQs, Bar Bending Schedules, and cost control for construction projects. The role requires accuracy in quantities, reinforcement detailing, billing, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs and Bar Bending Schedules from GFC drawings with supporting calculations.

Interpret architectural and structural drawings as per IS codes.

Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis (CPWD/DSR), steel quantities, and reconciliation statements.

Coordinate with design, site, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution.

Verify and certify client and subcontractor bills and manage variations.

Monitor quantities, material consumption, and maintain proper documentation.

Education:

B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals interested in QS, BBS, and cost management.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of civil construction and RCC works.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.

Experience or understanding of estimation, billing, and BBS preparation.

Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Certifications (Preferred, Not Mandatory):

Certification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or BBS.

AutoCAD / Revit (Structure) certification.

MS Project / Primavera exposure or professional body membership is an added advantage.
