Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation Engineer (2-5 years of experience), with immediate joining. We are looking for a full-time professional who will be responsible for preparing BOQs and tenders, project estimation, researching and negotiating project costs, and working closely with the project team to ensure that estimates are accurate and aligned with the project scope and budget.

The candidate needs to be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate since this is an on-site vacancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum experience of 2-5 years, with a specialisation in Government projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and project estimation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD software
• Experience negotiating with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Ability to conduct research, analyse data, and apply findings to estimates and tender preparation
• Good understanding of construction schedules, labour costs, and material costs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
