Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Estimation Engineer for our on-site office in Noida. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), accurately estimating costs for furniture projects, and performing cost analysis to support project planning. The role includes conducting research on materials and industry trends, analyzing project requirements, and collaborating with the design and sales teams to create competitive bids. The candidate will also engage in negotiations with vendors or contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with BOQ preparation and expertise in Project Estimation
• Strong principles and applications
• Autocad familiar
• Excellent Negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in conducting detailed research and cost analysis
• Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field
• Experience in the furniture or building material industry is advantageous
