Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer based in Kozhikode. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed project cost estimates, developing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and collaborating with teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The role also involves researching costs, optimizing project bids, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring that all estimations align with project requirements and specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and executing detailed project estimation
• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and understanding of associated technical principles
• Experience in conducting comprehensive research and analysis related to project costs
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with vendors and stakeholders to optimize costs
• Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills are essential
• Prior experience in the construction industry, specifically with U.S.-based projects, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required
• Proficiency in software tools related to estimation and engineering
