Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Estimation Engineer. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed project estimates, assisting in project costing and budget analysis. The role includes conducting research, evaluating project requirements, and negotiating with vendors and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with the design and engineering teams to ensure accurate project plans.
Qualifications
- Competence in preparing BOQ and conducting comprehensive project estimation for construction projects
- Solid foundation in Civil Engineering concepts and their practical application
- Skill in conducting thorough research and data analysis for project planning
- Effective negotiation and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and vendors
- Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with facade systems is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, detail-driven environment
- Previous experience in construction or facade systems is preferred
