Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer located in Gurgaon. The primary responsibilities include creating accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and preparing detailed material and labor cost breakdowns. The Estimation Engineer will work closely with the design, procurement, and project management teams to prepare tenders and bids, ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle, and identify potential value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and project budgeting
• Expertise in construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards
• Familiarity with estimation software and tools commonly used in the construction industry
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality assurance, project planning, and value engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior experience as an Estimation Engineer or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
