Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimation Engineer based in Visakhapatnam. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project estimation, Tender quotes , conducting detailed evaluations, and determining accurate costing for construction projects. Responsibilities also include research, analysis, and effectively collaborating with stakeholders through negotiation when required. Some remote work flexibility is available for this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BOQ preparation and comprehensive Project Estimation
• Educational background in Civil Engineering with a solid understanding of construction standards
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Effective Negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in construction or real estate industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software is desirable
• B.Tech Civil with 3-5 years expirence
• CTC 5 - 7.5 lakhs/year
