About the Role

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Turnkey/EPC/PPP projects, including civil, structural, and finishing works.
• Calculation of quantities based on drawings received, Estimation (Excel/ Software & Manually Basis) & provision making.
• Analyse structural drawings to extract quantities and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Develop and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) in coordination with seniors and site teams.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and assist in cost comparison and negotiations.
• Liaise with procurement to collect vendor/supplier quotations for costing inputs.
• Prepare and evaluate cost comparison sheets, cost-benefit analyses.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals.
• Monitor project budgets and update cost forecasts based on design or scope changes.
• Conduct rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works based on current market rates.
• Track and update construction cost databases with recent rates and inflation-adjusted pricing.
• Collaborate with the design, execution, and finance teams to align costs with project budgets.
• Maintain a database of cost elements and historical data for future reference.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to manage potential cost variances.

Qualifications

B.E. in Civil Engineering with around 3-4 years of experience in estimation for high-rise

EPC projects.
