Estimation Engineer

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimation Engineer based in Coimbatore, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Estimation Engineer will handle project estimation tasks, including preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conducting cost analysis, and working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate project forecasts. Responsibilities also include research, collaboration with design and procurement teams, and assisting in negotiation processes with vendors and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and detailed project estimations
• Strong Civil Engineering knowledge and fundamentals
• Negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and stakeholders
• Proven ability in conducting thorough research to support cost analysis and value engineering
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in estimations and project documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with facade or cladding systems is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a hybrid work environment
