Estimation Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimation Engineer based in Panaji. The role involves preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting project cost estimations, and managing civil engineering tasks relevant to project planning. The Estimation Engineer will also be involved in researching materials, costs, and market trends while ensuring accurate and competitive project budgets. The role requires effective coordination with stakeholders to negotiate and finalize project agreements.

• Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and expertise in Project Estimation
• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering principles and practices
• Experience in Negotiation and stakeholder communication
• Strong Research skills to analyze market trends, materials, and costs
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Effective team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the architecture and planning sector is an advantage
