Alumil India is seeking an Estimation Engineer in Navi Mumbai. The purpose of this role is to consult and provide technical support to various stakeholders that participate in construction projects, like architects, construction companies, aluminium fabricators, colleagues etc. More specifically, the role is responsible for the following:
- Formulate construction designs through AutoCAD for further supporting project designs.
- Conduct static studies for the appropriate profile selection during the study of the project.
- Receive phone calls from external and internal customers (end customers included) and support them.
- Collaborate with the market development department regarding the projects that need technical support
- Identify and satisfy clients needs.
- Maintain and enhance the relationship with end customers after purchase.
- Comply with the data entry process for projects on the CRM.
- Visit the construction sites for technical support
Requirements
- Engineering Degree
- Fluency in English
- Excellent use of AutoCAD 2D & 3D
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
