Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cost estimations for LT panels using InstaQuote ERP software.

- Draft and deliver technical & commercial proposals aligned with client requirements and company standards.

- Review tender documents, BOQs, and electrical drawings to prepare competitive bids.

- Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure precision in estimation.

- Maintain updated vendor quotations and industry pricing for effective cost control.

- Support sales in client discussions, negotiations, and clarifications.

- Ensure proposals comply with IEC/IS standards and meet client expectations.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proven prowess in estimation and proposal preparation for LT panels.

- Hands-on experience with InstaQuote ERP software for costing and proposal generation.

- Strong knowledge of LT panel design, components, and manufacturing processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.

- Ability to interpret SLDs, electrical drawings, and technical documents.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- 26 years of relevant experience in estimation and proposals for LT panels.
