Estimation & Costing Manager

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for an Estimation & Costing Manager. The role involves preparing and analyzing project cost estimates, managing project budgets, and ensuring cost control measures are in place. The manager will coordinate with various teams, including architects, engineers, and procurement, to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation. They will also review project plans, conduct feasibility studies, and provide detailed cost reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Experience in project management and working closely with architects, engineers, and procurement teams
• Proficiency in relevant estimation software and tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Prior experience in real estate or construction is highly advantageous
• Knowledge of current market trends, materials, and pricing
