Estate Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Executive based in Delhi, India. The Estate Executive will oversee daily operations of the school facilities, manage maintenance staff, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the campus. Responsibilities include coordinating repair and renovation projects, maintaining records of inspections, and liaising with external contractors. The Estate Executive will also assist in budget management related to estate and facility expenses, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management and maintenance
• Ability to coordinate repair and renovation projects
• Skills in budget management and cost control
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in an educational institution is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Adiministration
