Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an ESIC & PF Consultant. The consultant will manage end-to-end processes related to Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and Provident Fund (PF) compliance. Responsibilities include handling ESIC registrations, filing monthly returns, maintaining employee records, resolving compliance issues, and liaising with regulatory authorities. The role also involves staying updated with policy updates, assisting clients with audits and inspections, and ensuring adherence to timelines and statutory obligations.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of ESIC and PF regulations, processes, and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in preparing, filing, and maintaining necessary legal and regulatory documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills to address compliance-related queries and challenges
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
- Proficiency in using HR management software and tools, with a good grasp of online portals for ESIC and PF filings
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity, manage deadlines, and prioritize workloads effectively
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior experience in payroll processes or statutory compliance would be an advantage
