Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic ESG Consultant to support organizations in developing and implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies, sustainability frameworks, and impact-driven initiatives. The role will involve research, advisory, stakeholder engagement, and ESG reporting aligned with global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients in developing ESG strategies, sustainability roadmaps, and responsible business frameworks.
- Conduct ESG assessments, materiality analysis, and gap analysis for organizations.
- Assist in preparation of ESG and sustainability reports aligned with global frameworks such as GRI, BRSR, and SDGs.
- Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends, climate policies, and ESG regulations.
- Work on social impact, governance reforms, and environmental sustainability projects.
- Engage with stakeholders including corporates, government bodies, and development organizations.
- Support proposal writing, client presentations, and project execution.
- Monitor and evaluate ESG performance indicators and impact metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Development Studies, Business, or related fields.
- 25 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability, CSR, or development sector.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and impact measurement.
- Excellent research, analytical, and report writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
