Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with global teams and clients to analyze ESG data and provide actionable insights to investors and stakeholders
Conduct comprehensive assessments including ESG Ratings, Gap Analysis, ESG Due Diligence, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR Compliance, and Carbon Footprint strategy reports
Deliver high-quality advisory on ESG reporting, sustainability strategy, and risk management
Monitor evolving global ESG standards and ensure services align with market expectations
Refine existing ESG products and support the development of innovative offerings
Lead internal initiatives to enhance the sustainability performance of the Apex Group

Skills and Qualifications Required

Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field
Additional certifications in sustainability (preferred)
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
For Senior Associate and above: Experience in people management, product development, and process improvement required
Prior consulting experience is mandatory for senior roles
Proficiency in MS Office (required); programming knowledge is a plus
