Role Overview

We are looking for anEscalations Managerto handle complex customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of high-priority service issues. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a positive customer experience even in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer escalations related to property management services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority customer concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and property management to resolve issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of escalated cases while maintaining service standards.
  • Communicate updates and resolutions clearly to customers.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements in processes.
  • Maintain proper documentation of escalation cases in CRM systems.
  • Monitor escalation trends and share insights with leadership.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 47 years of experience in customer support, operations, or escalation management.
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally.
  • Experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems is preferred.
