Job Description:
MantraCare is looking for a responsible and solution-oriented Escalation Executive to handle client concerns and ensure smooth resolution of issues. The role involves managing escalations, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Manage refund coordination and ensure accurate processing
- Handle email communication with clients and internal teams
- Coordinate therapy sessions and support client scheduling
- Assist in managing client sessions and ensuring a smooth experience
- Work closely with therapists and operations team for issue resolution
- Maintain proper records of escalations, refunds, and communications
- Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
- Experience in customer support/operations/escalations is preferred
- Basic knowledge of tools like email, Excel, and CRM systems
