Job Title: Escalation Executive

Company: MantraCare

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description:

MantraCare is looking for a responsible and solution-oriented Escalation Executive to handle client concerns and ensure smooth resolution of issues. The role involves managing escalations, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve client escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage refund coordination and ensure accurate processing
  • Handle email communication with clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate therapy sessions and support client scheduling
  • Assist in managing client sessions and ensuring a smooth experience
  • Work closely with therapists and operations team for issue resolution
  • Maintain proper records of escalations, refunds, and communications
  • Ensure high standards of client satisfaction and service delivery

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
  • Good coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in customer support/operations/escalations is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of tools like email, Excel, and CRM systems
