Role: AI Venture Operator (0→1 Builder Track)

What this role actually is (no fluff)
This is not a job. It's a test of whether you can build, think, break, and rebuild systems in
real time.
You'll sit at the intersection of:
- AI + Growth
- Operations + Marketing
- Strategy + Execution
- Chaos + Precision
You will not be assigned tasks.
You will figure out what needs to be done, and do it better than expected.
What you'll be doing
Operations: Where ideas meet reality
- Own the day-to-day execution engine — ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Translate strategy into structured workflows, timelines, and clear deliverables
- Track moving pieces across outreach, client conversations, and internal teams
- Build simple but effective systems (dashboards, trackers, SOPs) to keep everything
on track
- Client activation
- Identify bottlenecks early and fix them before they become problems
- Maintain extreme attention to detail — from campaign execution to follow-ups to
internal coordination
In short: You make sure things don't just get planned — they get done, properly and
consistently.
Build & Optimize Growth Engines
- Identify gaps in outreach campaigns (copy, targeting, sequencing, timing)
- Go into ridiculous detail — subject lines, CTA placement, reply psychology
- Continuously test: what works, what doesn't, and why
AI-First Thinking
- Find new ways AI can:
- Improve outbound conversion
- Personalize outreach at scale
- Extract insights from conversations
Experiment with tools, workflows, and promptsBuild scrappy systems before they become products
Founder's Office Execution
- Speak to clients → understand real problems (not surface-level asks)
- Translate conversations into actionable workflows
- Coordinate across teams to ensure execution actually happens
Data + Insight Layer
- Analyse campaign performance, behavioral patterns, and responses
- Turn messy data into clear decisions
- Spot patterns others miss
Research & Edge Discovery
- Deep dive into:
- Competitors
- Market shifts
- New AI capabilities
- Bring ideas that can be executed immediately, not just insights
