Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to join our team and drive the successful implementation and support of our LMS solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with clients, HR, and IT stakeholders to deliver tailored LMS experiences. Your expertise will help organizations streamline their HR processes and achieve their strategic goals. Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of end-to-end LMS solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
- Configure business rules, workflows, onboarding tasks, panels, alerts, and notifications to create a seamless new-hire experience.
- Integrate SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Document Management systems.
- Manage forms, e-signatures, compliance documents, and prepare functional specifications documentation.
- Conduct user training and collaborate with teams to ensure system stability and process optimization.
- Gather client requirements, create Functional Specification (FS) documents, and support user acceptance testing.
- Develop custom reports using Online Report Designer (ORD), Plateau Report Designer (PRD), and Story reports.
- Support data migration and user data flow from external systems or SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to LMS via SFTP.
- Perform instance refreshes and implement change requests (CRs) to maintain the LMS.
- Provide advanced-level support and troubleshooting for complex HR business process and LMS issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors LMS solutions, with a strong understanding of HR IT business processes and requirements.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors LMS is mandatory.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Learning (LMS), Provisioning, RBP, ORD, PRD, and SFTP tools.
- A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems.
- Certification and experience in SuccessFactors LMS and at least one Talent module (Performance & Goals, Succession, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, LMS, etc.) are essential.
- Completion of a minimum of 3 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations is required.
- Understanding of HR Technology-related business challenges and strategies to enhance people and business experiences.
- Experience in SF LMS projects to improve business functionality and overall performance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful LMS implementations.
